Composing the Landscape 3/3 & 3/17

My March oil painting class is dedicated to composing compelling landscape paintings based on your own photos. We will be meeting March 3rd and March 17th at Scrappycraft from 1:30-4:30 PM. The price is $50 and payment is due on or before the first class. Be sure to bring referece photos to work from as well as all materials on the list below.

Recommended Materials
​m. Graham Oil Colors: Yellow Ocre, Cadmium Yellow Light, Quinacridone Red, Ultramarine Blue, Transparent Oxide Red, Titanium White

Silver Brush Bristlon, or Simply Simmons Brushes #6 Filbert, #6 Flat, #10 Flat, and a Princeton Velvet Touch #4 Long Round.

#6 Flat Chisel Shaper, Small Tear Drop Shape Palette Knife, Brush Washer - Silicoil or similar. Gamsol OMS 16oz, Tabletop Easel, two 11” x 24” Panels*, 12” x 16” New Wave Posh Glass Palette, 12”x 16” Masterson Palette Seal, Paper towels, Q-Tips, Baby Wipes, 4oz Walnut Oil, prismacolor premier red colored pencil , scratch paper, stampendous 1 oz needle tip applicator, clear plastic ruler, Crayola Washable Markers
